To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resell-able condition.
To arrange a return, please email to our Customer Support team within 14 days since you receive the product at [email protected], please state your order number/s and reason for the return. We will email you for return arrangement. LifSTY Products will not cover the cost of return shipping.
Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s and cannot refund returned orders which we don't receive.
